Handmade Japanese matchabowl with a pouring spout called katakuchi.

The katakuchi is designed for the preparation of matcha. Whisk the matcha base in it and then pour the base into several other matcha bowls. Finish the preparation by adding hot water to fill up the bowls. Perfect when you are making matcha for several people at once.

Since the katakuchi is handmade, the craftsmans skills and personal touch is reflected in each product. Different shifts in colour and pattern may occure between the bowls.
